"They lied to me. They told me when I got my car that my insurance was gonna be cheaper than what it was and my insurance actually went up $100. They told me if I didn’t like it to go search around for other insurance so I did and I found insurance cheaper from farmers I’m sorry for this place but they’ve just made State Farm lose a customer by being greedy. You’re lying to customers I don’t like being lied to. I don’t know anybody that does but when they tell you on the phone that your insurance is going to go down and you get your bill and It’s more than what you were actually paying originally I wouldn’t mess with this place and I’m not going to. I will not be overcharged for insurance sorry State Farm they costed you a customer. and no, you haven’t reached out to me. I have called you Thursday, Friday Monday. Left messages for you guys to call me back. You never did call me back to say that you went over my shit with me. No, you didn’t. You need to quit lying it does you no good?"
