"I love working with Sarah she's very professional she listens to the customers when they speak.She insures you understand each policy you apply for and all details that come with it,also if there's a change in the system she will reach out and update the me of changes. "I recently had to request a copy of my renters insurance. Bethanie answered within 3 rings and was so helpful and congenial, she made me feel like she had known me for years! "They lied to me. They told me when I got my car that my insurance was gonna be cheaper than what it was and my insurance actually went up $100. They told me if I didn’t like it to go search around for other insurance so I did and I found insurance cheaper from farmers I’m sorry for this place but they’ve just made State Farm lose a customer by being greedy. You’re lying to customers I don’t like being lied to. I don’t know anybody that does but when they tell you on the phone that your insurance is going to go down and you get your bill and It’s more than what you were actually paying originally I wouldn’t mess with this place and I’m not going to. I will not be overcharged for insurance sorry State Farm they costed you a customer. and no, you haven’t reached out to me. I have called you Thursday, Friday Monday. Left messages for you guys to call me back. You never did call me back to say that you went over my shit with me. No, you didn’t. You need to quit lying it does you no good?"

"I'll be honest, I've had my ups and downs with all insurance companies, so sometimes being able to find the right person at those companies to help you get everything you need is really most important, someone who understands you and wants what's best for you. Lakreashia at Paul Clark State farm office hooked me up and helped ease my mind during one of the most stressful times in my life. Bethany is also so patient and understanding anytime I've ever called worried! No one wants to pay for insurance or have to deal with all the crazy that comes along with it. But if you have the crazy coming at you, those two ladies are really the best to have batting for you. Thank you so much ladies!!"
